Over the Horizon

A very special painting to me, 'Over the Horizon' based on an image I experienced during my pre-painting meditation. Along with this image came an experience where frustration and emotional strain were instantly erased and replaced with lightness of spirit, clarity of mind, and peace that left me utterly amazed.

I hope this work can convey the energy of that experience and bring to the viewer a sense of inspiration, the miraculous, an open-mindedness to the new, and/or whatever the viewer needs for the next step of their journey.

Original art using acrylics on stretched canvas. Protected with non-removable, archival, UV-resistant gloss varnish.
