Policy for the Return of Original Paintings

If you are not satisfied with your original artwork, you have 14 business days, from the date you received the artwork, to return it.

Customers are required to pay for the shipping of returns.

To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. Please see User Manual for care instructions, as paintings are delicate. The painting must also be packaged in the same way it was received, to protect it during shipping. 

Sale items are final sale.
